Delivery Details

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of placing an order. If you do enter an incorrect address, MegaDepot is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

The delivery address cannot be altered once the order has been shipped.

Once you have placed an order and we are unable to ship any part of it, MegaDepot at our sole discretion, may either send you part of the order that is in stock or remove item or items from the order.

All deliveries are approximated dates only and are not guarantee or assured. If your order consists of luxury and electrical items and/or fragrances may take slightly longer to be shipped from our warehouse due to the size and/or weight of the products.

MegaDepot’s current delivery charges are as follows and are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the owners of the website.

Delivery within the UK

Free deliveries on all orders with a value of more than or equal to £20.00.

For orders under £20 in value, we charge £1.99 for UK delivery, regardless of weight or size. This will be the total cost of the delivery, regardless of the quantity of items ordered.

The majority of orders are dispatched either on the same of day of placing the order the next working day. A signature may be required on receipt of your items.

MegaDepot’s standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and shipping cost.

Standard delivery will take between 2 - 5 working days.

In order to confirm that an order or orders shipped via post has indeed been lost, MegaDepot must wait 3 weeks (15 working days) before we can make a claim against Royal Mail. If you item(s) is lost or undelivered, we advise you to contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Office to see if they are in possession of the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you.

To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 or visit their website at www.royalmail.co.uk. If after 15 working days you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number, name and address. We will then send you a P91 form. You must complete the P91 Form and return it back to us within 10 days or we will close the claim and in return we will not be able to issue a replacement order. Once we have received and accepted the completed P91 Form we will send your replacement order. These are Royal Mail’s new procedures, which we are forced to adhere with.

If you require your items urgently we advise that your re-order them through our website. If for any reason, your order or any items are returned back to MegaDepot, we will resend the items with a redelivery charge.

If for whatever reason, you decide not to have the goods redelivered, MegaDepot will charge a restocking fee of up to £15, depending on the value of the order. MegaDepot will not be able to any refund delivery costs.

Express Delivery within the UK.

For express delivery within the UK, the following criteria must be met:

i) All items ordered must be available and in stock.

ii) All orders can be subjected to fraud checks.

iii) All details entered must be correct to prevent delay. If a delay is caused by incorrect details, MegaDepot cannot be held responsible if the order is not dispatched for Express Delivery.

iv) In order to qualify for Express Delivery, all orders must be placed before 4.00pm for next business day delivery. If MegaDepot cannot physically dispatch the same day, we will ensure that your order is pushed to the front of the line for the following day.

v) Express delivery is only available for delivery to UK addresses.

vi) A signature upon delivery is required for this service.

vii) MegaDepot will make every effort to delivery the items and orders the following business day. However, MegaDepot cannot held responsible or liable for any out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to delayed or failed express deliveries

viii) Normal terms & conditions apply to ‘delayed’ or ‘failed’ deliveries.

Delivery in the E.U. (excluding the UK)

Failed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your items and as a result the items are returned to MegaDepot and you decide not to have the goods redelivered, MegaDepot will charge a restocking fee of up to £15, depending on the value of the order. MegaDepot will not be able to any refund delivery costs.
